Time for some major changes

We have started another business year and it's a good time for some
resolutions.
There are several issues that need to be addressed. The main one is
consolidating
our websites and figuring out the best payment and shipping calculation
methods
to make it fair for everybody and adjust to increased fees from Canada
Post.
The flat fee used to work very well in the past, but with the new changes
we are
loosing money and are not able to offer too many options.
Getting a Canadian merchant account for Internet business is a very
difficult task -
those with mail order of online business can attest to that. There are
only a few
providers and the rates are way too high to justify it at this point. We
would love to
be able to offer payments in Canadian and US Dollars and possibly Euro.
At this point we are gathering all the information available and quotes
from different
providers. If you know of a service that could solve our problems - we
would love to
hear from you.
Another very important thing is the ability to communicate - we have had a
share of
problems with mailing this Dowsing Updates newsletters to you. This is
another
test - we just switched server and hope that all of you will receive it,
not just
100-150 people.
As usual - your input is very important. We want to address your concerns,
specially when it comes to ordering and shipping options.
It's a big task, but I'm very optimistic.
More real dowsing new soon.
