untimely passing of my cat Moxy. I'm sorry
I couldn't answer all your e-mails. It was
an emotional roller-coaster, but after all
that, I think I have a better understanding
of the healing process and the passing over.

I'd like to share with you a very simple technique
of energizing your drinking water:
Get into a meditative state (alpha) through any of the techniques available
- breathing, deep relaxation, etc. Find one
area of concern or function you'd like to
improve on, e.g. adjusting chakras, increasing
energy, raising your personal vibration rate,
etc. Hold the glass of water in both hands
in front of you and concentrate on the subject
you chose to impress upon water, take a few
deep breaths and imagine the energy flowing
through your hands into the water. It's done!
You can test it by dowsing before and after
- the water's crystal structure holds the
vibrational information and distributes it
in your body when you drink it. You can "seed"
larger container with this water by adding
it to larger container and allowing it to
stay for a few minutes.
